Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to WCO Technology Conference 2026. bnetwork reserves the right to cancel the room block in case the company cancel it's participation to such event

Payment policy

You can pay for your reservation(s) by credit card or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, you will be charged (plus a +2.5% transaction fee) at time of booking. Once payment is received you will receive your confirmation.

Important: Please note this charge will show "BNETWORKISE" on your credit card statement.

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment  is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.
 
Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out. 
 
Cancellation policy: (from 6 bookings)
 
From confirmation of booking until October 27th 2025, in case of full cancellation the prebooked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay  10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty.  Partial cancelltion is allowed without peanlty.
From October 28th 2025, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that niot refund can be made.

Cancellations and modifications shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: wcohotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time). 
 
 
Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
